The Executive Services Analyst forms part of our new Executive Services Team providing services to the Executive Group and the Boards. The Executive Services Analyst will provide research, analyse, monitor and report on regulatory governance and compliance business information for the Executive Group and Boards. They will support the implementation of projects to deliver service improvements and efficiencies and support the Executive Services Team in the delivery of efficient services to their customers. This role is being offered on a part time basic of 20 hours per week preferably worked over 4/5 days.

Responsibilities Will Include

Supporting the Executive Services Manager and Board Services Co-ordinator in the production of the quarterly Group Performance Bulletin, and other performance monitoring as required

Routinely collating, analysing and reporting upon service/benchmarking information that will identify areas of progress or business improvement.

Supporting the Group Director of People & Culture in the production of the annual staff survey and production of results and analysis.

Assisting in the organisation of the annual Staff Conference, co-ordinating presentations, speakers, guests, Going the Extra Mile (GEM) Awards, venue, audio/visual, photographer etc.

Providing cover for other Executive Services team roles, as required, including the taking of minutes at any meeting of the Group’s boards

You will need experience of research and information analysis, using MS Office and MS365 packages as well as databases and experience of analysing and writing business reports or academic assignments. You should have the ability to set key performance indicators (KPI’s), create dashboards and measurement frameworks.

You must be educated to Degree or equivalent level 6 qualification and it is desirable but not essential that you hole a Business Analyst or Project Management qualification.

You will be passionate about delivering and cultivating excellent customer service throughout the organisation and have the ability to maintain high degree of discretion and confidentiality. You must have advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel with strong attention to detail and have the ability to take a systematic and logical approach to problem solving
