Marketing Manager – Hospitality Industry – Hybrid Working – 2/3 days in office – Central London – £48,000 – £52,000

This company is a global leading hotel chain company that has a strong ambition to be the world’s best achieved hospitality company. The company has a range of space in their hotels, including a variety of event space and over 4,000 rooms to offer the best level of service for all incoming guests. This is a brand new opportunity in the company to be part of 3 exciting brands within and take ownership of all marketing communications and collateral.

Your New Role

The purpose of the Marketing Manager is to develop and execute the marketing strategy and activity for 2 great brands within the Hotel. This would include all marketing communications, collateral, and advertisement to increase all areas and brand engagement levels. You will report into the Head of Marketing and work with a variety of agencies and team members (8+ in Marketing) You will also be responsible for:

  • Owning the brand and marketing strategy
  • Plan the local marketing activities for the hotels Food & Beverage outlets
  • Develop and execute brand projects
  • Manage the marketing budget and business objectives
  • Support the Head of Marketing with end-to-end campaign management
  • Report and Analyse on all activities including competitor analysis

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 2/3 years+ experience in a similar managerial role
  • Strong experience with managing multiple brand projects
  • Previous experience within a F&B background
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Excellent track record of results-driven marketing campaigns
  • Strong experience within PR and managing the Marketing Calendar
