You will be joining a international professional and financial services consultancy based in London. Renowned in their field, they work with some of the worlds leading brands in growing and developing strategies.
Your new role
Joining the operations team, you will be the stand alone Facilities Manager looking after their office portfolio in the UK and Europe. The role will be responsible for the operational day to day delivery of the hard and soft services and ensuring the spaces are safe and compliant. You will work with key stakeholders on relocation and refurbishment projects delivering them to a high standard. The postholder will manage a small team of front of house staff as well as an involvement in the admin management function.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will be an experienced FM with a background in the professional services sector. The role needs someone with a roll your sleeves up attitude and a proactive approach to Facilities Management. A good knowledge of health and safety as well as an IOSH is required.
What You’ll Get In Return
The position is permanent and being offered on a three days per week basis. The salary is up to £55,000 FTE depending on experience with the view to start this side of the Christmas.
