The Role

An Executive Search Consultant operates as a 360-degree consultant, you will be tasked with managing the end-to-end recruitment process for business-critical positions from mid-management to board level across portfolio clients.

  • Headhunt candidates and maintain a network of high caliber contacts

  • Create and develop new business ventures via marketing

  • Originate, structure, and negotiate complex deals

  • Execute client talent acquisition strategies

  • Participate in presentations with internal stakeholders, external clients, and key industry figures

  • Develop market knowledge engaging internal and external stakeholders

Training and Development

Today’s Managers have a wealth of experience and demonstrable track record of developing Consultants with no prior experience into knowledgeable consistent performers.

No amount of classroom training is as effective as hands-on experience so following the completion of our initial training course you will get straight on with the job, speaking to candidates and clients, meaning you can begin to make placements straight away.

There will be extensive 1 to 1 support, on-the-job training, and weekly follow on training sessions to ensure you are continuously learning, this will allow you an accelerated opportunity and aforementioned progression into first-line management, along with substantial financial and incentive rewards unprecedented within the industry.
