ERM is looking to expand its specialist team delivering stakeholder engagement for our clients across the public and private sector in the UK and Ireland. We are looking to recruit at graduate/postgraduate level for the role of Stakeholder Coordinators with the scope and opportunity to build your career as part of an expanding, specialist, Stakeholder Services Team.


Graduate or post-graduate qualification in environmental, communications or other relevant discipline.

Key competencies

You will work as part of ERM’s Stakeholder Services team and be responsible for planning and delivering engagement events and wider programmes of stakeholder activity.

You will work on major projects across the UK and Ireland, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and will report to a variety of stakeholder audiences on behalf of our client base.

We will support you grow your technical and consultancy skills through a dedicated programme of mentorship, training and on the job experience.


There is flexibility in terms of office location but occasional travel within the UK & Ireland may be required to support client needs on individual projects.
