Position Overview:

Dometic are looking to recruit a Brand and Sales Representative for our Front Runner vehicle-based adventure equipment who specialise in designing, manufacturing and selling the toughest roof racks, accessories and camping equipment. The B2B Sales and Brand Representative’s goal is to build strong customer relationships, increase brand awareness to ultimately increase the brand value and increase sales on Front Runner products. The role will be based remotely from our offices in Blandford, Dorset.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop opportunities, new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, sales channels for the brand to close sales opportunities
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
  • Ability to think strategically – setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business together with the implementation of a sales program to meet sales targets
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department to meet B2B customer demands and opportunities to be more visible
  • Develop relationships with all customers and partners
  • Market feedback on Front Runner products
  • Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
  • Servicing the current B2B customer network and maintaining existing relationships
  • Stay on top of trends and changes in the 4×4 and outdoor world
  • Arrange showroom open days, club and other networking days
  • Visiting dealers and setting a dealer visit schedule
  • Maintain and update B2B customer & sales data
  • Attend shows, exhibitions, club days, dealer Saturday support days and support dealers with their marketing and sales activities as required

Qualifications and Experience

We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Sales environment
  • Professional, dynamic, motivated and outgoing personality
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for high-quality products
  • Commercially orientated with a sales mentality
  • An enthusiastic approach to the outdoor lifestyle and equipment for vehicles
  • Full valid UK Drivers license
