£30,777.00 to £37,468.00 per annum
Working within the University’s Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions Department you will be required to work across the department at different sites and work from home.
There are two vacancies –
Admissions Officer x1 – Permanent
Admissions Officer x1 – Maternity Cover
You will facilitate the admissions process for a portfolio of courses across Further Education and Undergraduate courses from point of application through to enrolment, ensuring a connected and seamless approach for prospective students throughout their applicant journey. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the overall effective service delivery of providing information and support to ensure a high-quality admissions service is provided to prospective students and academic decision makers in accordance with agreed standards.

Educated to A Level (or equivalent) you will bring to the role significant admissions administrative experience in a higher education environment, making use of databases and Microsoft Office applications. You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative and creativity with an eye for detail. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
