Well established, fast growing company in Gorton looking for an Office Administrator to join their team due to rapid expansion.
The team are very friendly and are looking to welcome their ideal candidate as soon as possible – immediate start available for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, proactive and willing to learn
Salary is £18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Free on-site parking
Responsibilities Will Include
- Keeping up to date with bookings on the office system
- Communicating updates to clients
- Data Entry including making sure all jobs have POs
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers
- Ordering office equipment
- General office duties
