Service desk analyst

1st line Service desk analyst – competitive day inside IR35 with a large public sector client in Worcester.

Your new company

An exciting Public Sector client based in Worcester working onsite.

Your new role

As service desk analyst you will be responding to and escalating tickets to second and third line, in order to support an office 365 rollout. This role is fully onsite and is part of an enthusiastic team. You will support active directory, windows applications and various other technologies.

What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed, you will be a driven, IT-focused individual with first line and IT Support experience with good customer service.

What you’ll get in return

In return, you will be part of a busy Service desk, collaborating with like-minded technology focused colleagues, on a four month contract inside ir35.
